Service Desk Operator | Field Service Technician

• Provide exceptional customer care
• Provide technical support to customers for network hardware and software
• Travel to customer locations as needed
• Perform installation, decommissioning and field service requests for various OEM network equipment providers

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Possess a CompTIA Security +, or equivalent, in order to meet DoD 8570 requirements
• Ability to document, track and resolve customer issues using ticketing software
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Excellent driving record
• Honesty, integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Lift items that weigh up to 50 pounds unassisted (up to 100 pounds with assistance)
• Ability to travel to customer locations within the assigned territory
• Professional home office environment
• Reliable phone, laptop/PC and high-speed Internet required.
