Software Engineer

• Develop and enhance web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate efficient communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Build scalable microservices architectures utilizing cloud infrastructure like AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile software development cycles to deliver features on time and within scope.
• Apply software design patterns and best practices to create maintainable, reusable code across multiple programming languages including Java, Python, C++, and Ruby on Rails.
• Integrate SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL into application workflows, optimizing queries for performance and scalability.
• Utilize version control systems like GitHub or SVN along with CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes and ensure code quality.
• Conduct system design for new features or platforms, focusing on scalability, security (RBAC), and efficient resource utilization within cloud environments.
• Participate in code reviews, testing procedures, and documentation efforts to uphold high standards of software engineering excellence.

• Proven experience in software development with a strong foundation in web development technologies including JavaScript frameworks (React Express preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as Linux servers, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and network protocols like REST.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable systems using microservices architecture and applying design patterns for robustness.
• Familiarity with programming languages including Java, Python, C++, Ruby on Rails, VBA, C#, and JavaScript is highly desirable.
• Experience working within Agile environments utilizing tools such as GitHub or SVN for version control; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong understanding of database management systems like MySQL or SQL Server; ability to optimize queries for performance is essential.
• Knowledge of security best practices including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and application security measures within cloud infrastructure.
• Prior involvement in system design for large-scale applications emphasizing scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
