Job description

Develop Custom Applications: Build and maintain cross-platform or native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and internal web tools for dealership operations and service franchise workflows.
Integrate AI Capabilities: Connect LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems to build automated 24/7 lead handling, intelligent document processing, and automated report generation.
Automate Business Operations: Connect custom applications with CRMs, inventory platforms, and dispatch tools using APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks (Python, n8n, Make).

Requirements

About the Role: We are seeking a versatile, hands-on Full-Stack AI & Mobile App Developer to build custom software, mobile apps, and AI-driven automation systems for our multi-industry businesses.

This is not a theoretical or research role we need a practical builder who can take real-world operational challenges, write clean code, integrate modern AI capabilities (LLMs, APIs, automated workflows), and deliver working mobile and web applications fast., * App Development: 2+ years of experience building and shipping mobile apps (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, or Swift) and web platforms.

AI & API Integration: Hands-on experience integrating generative AI APIs, prompt engineering, and connecting databases to LLMs.
Backend & Cloud: Strong experience with cloud backends and databases (Firebase, Supabase, Node.js, Python, or AWS).
Systems Integration: Proficiency working with REST APIs, third-party webhooks, and custom database integrations.
Execution Focus: Ability to turn real-world operational requirements into functional code quickly without needing constant oversight.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with low-code automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier).
Background in automotive software, CRM integrations, or field-service dispatch platforms.
