Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) DevOps Identity and Access Management Web Applications Backend Build Management Front End Software Development

Job description

Supio is standing up a new Compliance Platform team to protect the most sensitive data our customers entrust to us. The platform does its heaviest lifting behind the scenes, but it needs a clear, trustworthy face: the interface where compliance is actually managed. You will own that surface end to end - a lightweight, purposeful UI for reporting, BAA and contract management, data opt-in/opt-out, data residency, and access management - used by engineers, CSMs, DevOps, executives, and our privacy office. Small team, founding seat, real stakes., * Design and build the compliance platform’s UI from scratch: reporting dashboards, BAA and contract management, opt-in/opt-out and data residency management

  • Build authentication and authorization flows so the right people - and only the right people - see sensitive reports and records
  • Turn dense audit and access data into reporting that executives and our privacy office can act on
  • Work directly with the founding backend engineer to shape the platform’s APIs
  • Ship a lightweight v1 quickly, then iterate with internal users across engineering, customer success, and DevOps

Requirements

  • 5+ years of frontend engineering experience building production web applications
  • Experience building internal tools, admin surfaces, or data-heavy dashboards that people rely on daily
  • Strong instincts for permission-gated UX - roles, access states, and what each audience should and should not see
  • Care for clarity: you make complex data legible without dumbing it down
  • Comfort on a small, fast-moving team with real deadlines, * Experience in compliance, privacy, security, or another trust-sensitive domain
  • Full-stack comfort - you can reach into the backend when the work calls for it.
  • Experience building reporting for executive audiences
