Job description

We’re hiring senior/staff, product-minded full-stack engineers to build the core of Supio’s platform - a fast-moving, AI-native product used in high-stakes, real-world legal workflows. You build product end-to-end in TypeScript across the stack, from the interfaces customers touch to the services behind them. You’re fluent using coding agents in your daily workflow, and you operate with autonomy. You’ve operated at startup pace and ambiguity at some point in your career and you’re excited to build greenfield., * Agentic platform capabilities spanning voice calling & transcription, medical/financial records extraction, and legal document drafting

  • The agent runtime - prompt/tool architecture, skill and prompt management, and cost/performance optimization
  • Production features, plus the evaluation, tooling, and monitoring that keep them accurate and observable at scale

You won’t just ship features - you’ll shape the architecture and technical direction of a fast-evolving platform, with senior autonomy and end-to-end ownership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • True full-stack depth. You own product end-to-end, front to back. This isn’t a front-end or backend specialist role; you’re comfortable across the whole stack (React/TypeScript on the front end and modern backend services, APIs, and data pipelines).
  • Strong product sense. You build customer-facing product and translate real user needs into technical solutions
  • Fluency with coding agents as part of how you build
  • Demonstrated experience operating at startup pace and ambiguity - moving fast with less process, owning decisions without a fully-formed spec - at some point in your career
  • Autonomy and ownership. Able to meet in-office/hybrid expectations in Seattle or San Francisco

Benefits & conditions

  • Hands-on applied AI/LLM systems experience - you’ve built and shipped real systems and can speak to what you owned and what broke in production
  • Prior experience at AI-native companies
  • Formal ML background (optional - practical AI fluency matters more than credentials), Competitive package of base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits. Base Salary: $200,000-$255,000 annually Actual compensation depends on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary + Meaningful Equity
  • 401(k) *

  • Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • Flexible Time Off + Holidays
  • High-autonomy work environment, every Tuesday is a Remote Work Day
  • DoorDash subsidies for breakfast and dinner; Daily lunch options
  • Boba Wednesdays
  • Monthly commuter subsidies and pre-tax parking contribution
  • Team gatherings and offsites
