Amenity Access Manager

Alys Beach is seeking an Amenity Access Manager to support our growing operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the Amenity Access team while upholding owner and rental guest usage policies at Alys Beach amenities. This position will be a crucial point of contact between homeowners, rental guests, and other departments at Alys Beach. The Amenity Access Manager will lead and maintain a service and management philosophy that provides exceptional experiences for our owners and guests while supporting the operational goals of Alys Beach., · Manage the Amenity Access team as they issue access cards and enforce Alys Beach amenity usage policies.

· Develop relationships with owners and rental guests to provide maximum, personalized guest service.

· Respond to comments and concerns verbally and in writing to ensure proper attention to and follow-up of all inquiries.

· Make suggestions for improvements in overall operations with an emphasis on increasing guest and owner satisfaction and reducing costs.

· Support Alys Beach Resort philosophy toward employee development and morale and institute programs to ensure the effectiveness and promotion of this philosophy within Amenity Access.

· Develop, train, measure, and monitor all Alys Beach standards and operating procedures that relate to Amenity Access.

· Monitor and analyze expenses for Amenity Access to ensure maximum effectiveness while realizing full profit potential.

· Display a high degree of professionalism and integrity as befitting a Managerial position.

· Perform other tasks as assigned by the Senior Director of Owner and Guest Services and other Senior Leadership at Alys Beach.

· Participate in and support Alys Beach and EBSCO’s efforts towards sustainability and environmental initiatives as part of the Alys Beach program.

· Inspect and maintain the property and all Alys Beach amenities to ensure they meet or exceed the required standards.

· Resolve problems to ensure owner and guest satisfaction.

· Use good judgment and maintain discretion and diplomacy while performing job duties., · Manage and support Amenity Access employees by being visible and present at all times.

· Train and develop Amenity Access employees in Alys Beach standards and operating procedures.

· Timely response to any owner and guest inquiries.

· Ensure effective inter-departmental communication.

· Maintain familiarity with Amenity Access computer programs, policies, and procedures.

· Inspect and monitor the property and all Alys Beach amenities to ensure they meet or exceed required standards.

· Any other tasks as directed.

· At least 2 years of college study toward a degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment.

· Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other hospitality-related systems.

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

· Able to work any day of the week including nights, weekends, and Holidays as necessary.
