Data Governance Software Engineering Integration Frameworks Data Pipelines

Job description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of technology initiatives supporting claims, risk, and litigation operations. This role will own execution across a portfolio of claims-related products and platforms, ensuring successful delivery of integrations, system enhancements, data initiatives, and operational capabilities.

The TPM will serve as the connective tissue between engineering teams and business stakeholders, driving alignment across product, claims operations, legal, insurance, risk, and technology organizations. Success in this role requires strong technical program management skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of claims technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams and stakeholder organizations

  • Coordinate technical execution for integrations with third-party administrators (TPAs), insurers, claims vendors, legal systems, operational platforms, and enterprise data services

  • Establish program governance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and communication mechanisms across complex initiatives

  • Partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into executable technical plans

  • Drive resolution of technical blockers, architectural dependencies, and operational readiness activities

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define implementation approaches, rollout strategies, and success metrics

  • Lead program reviews, executive updates, and cross-functional planning activities

  • Build mechanisms to improve predictability, visibility, and execution quality across the claims technology portfolio

  • Ensure compliance, data governance, security, and operational requirements are incorporated into program planning

About the team Our team builds the technology platforms that power Amazon’s logistics claims lifecycle, from incident intake through claim resolution. We connect engineering teams with claims operations, insurance, and legal stakeholders to deliver systems that handle global incident volume at scale. Our work spans data pipelines, integration platforms, automation tooling, and operational dashboards. We value technical rigor, clear communication, and shipping iteratively. You’ll work alongside product managers, software engineers, and operations partners who move fast, manage ambiguity well, and care about building reliable systems that serve claimants, drivers, and partners at scale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 2+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • Experience supporting claims, insurance, risk, litigation, or incident management platforms
