Job description
The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will lead the planning, delivery, and governance of global End User Computing (EUC) and Network projects delivered through an outsourced/managed services portfolio. This is a delivery and vendor-governance role. Technical understanding of EUC and networking is essential to manage scope and risk effectively., * Lead end-to-end delivery of global EUC and network infrastructure projects, including device refresh/lifecycle programs, imaging and deployment, collaboration tools, LAN/WAN/wireless upgrades, SD-WAN and network transformation, data center and site network builds, and technology refresh at new or existing locations.
- Build and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and resource plans across multiple concurrent workstreams and regions.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking
- Drive project governance, including steering committee updates, status reporting, and executive communication
- Design Service levels and manage SLA’s
Requirements
- PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification.
- Experience with infrastructure vendors/MSPs such as [DXC, HCL, Wipro, Infosys, NTT, Kyndryl, Accenture, Cognizant]
- Experience with office moves, site openings/closures, or M&A infrastructure integration.
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, or Clarity PPM.
- Familiarity with Network tools that include Meraki, Cisco, Colt, SolarWinds, Firewall Management, Internet list / list
