Rapidly translating AI/agentic proof-of-concepts and solution designs into working, production-ready capabilities. Working under the technical direction of solutions architects and engineering leads, the AI agent software engineer will build, integrate, test, and refine AI agents within an AWS cloud environment supporting a full-stack Java application ecosystem KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Translate AI architecture, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts into functional and scalable agentic AI solutions Develop AI agents and workflows that interact with enterprise applications, APIs, data

sources, knowledge repositories, and other agents Integrate AI capabilities into existing full-stack Java applications SDLC Develop and maintain APIs, services, orchestration logic, prompts, context-management approaches, and supporting components required for agentic workflows Implement retrieval, tool-calling, workflow orchestration, structured outputs, and human-in-the-loop patterns as required by individual use cases Leverage AWS cloud and AI services provided by client to develop, deploy, monitor, and scale agentic solutions WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEEDBring your expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT.
