Job description
- Gather, interpret, and present data to support business and technical decision-making
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify trends, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define KPIs
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Support data governance and ensure accuracy of reporting
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling
- Ability to translate technical findings into business insights
