IT Support Specialist

• Support and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot business-critical applications
• Perform SQL Server backups, restores, and basic T-SQL administration tasks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and runbooks.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and identity/access management activities.

• 2-5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Google Workspace, SSO, and MFA.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio, including backups, restores, and basic T-SQL.
• Hands-on experience supporting hardware, printers, networking fundamentals, and end-user troubleshooting.

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000
