Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Data & Analytics Lead with strong expertise in the Specialty Insurance domain, particularly MGAs, to lead and deliver client-facing analytics and reporting initiatives.This role combines hands-on technical delivery with leadership responsibility, including managing offshore teams from a UK-based, client-facing position. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality data solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & DeliveryAct as the primary onshore contact for client stakeholdersGather and translate business requirements into data and analytics solutionsLead project delivery by coordinating offshore teams, ensuring quality and timelinessProvide recommendations on improving data, analytics, and reporting capabilitiesMaintain strong governance, documentation, and communication across distributed teamsData & Analytics LeadershipLead end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions
