Build Management Star Schema

Job description

Design and build scalable data models for analytics (eg star schema)
Develop and maintain data pipelines/transformations
Define and implement data standards, quality, and governance
Enable self-service analytics through well-structured datasets
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
Lead best practice across modelling, documentation, and performance
Support and mentor analysts/engineers within the team

Requirements

Strong SQL and data transformation experience (eg dbt or similar)
Proven experience building analytics layers/semantic models
Solid understanding of data modelling principles
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure/Fabric preferred)
Strong Power BI or equivalent BI tooling
Experience working with stakeholders in a delivery-focused environment

Desirable:

Python or other Scripting languages
Experience leading or mentoring teams
Exposure to modern data stack tooling
