Design Associate

The Design/Sales Associate will work in our Palm Beach design store Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, assisting both retail customers and interior design clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting with customers and prospective design clients
• Assisting clients with furniture, accessories, color, and material selections
• Developing furniture layouts and design concepts
• Creating professional design presentations and client proposals
• Preparing and maintaining project spreadsheets
• Presenting design concepts, selections, and pricing to clients
• Following up on projects, orders, deliveries, and outstanding details
• Maintaining consistent communication with clients throughout the design process
• Working closely with our design and sales team to provide an exceptional client experience

Bungalow Palm Beach is seeking a talented and motivated Full-Time Design/Sales Associate to join our growing team.

We are looking for a self-starter who is professional, reliable, customer-service focused, and an excellent communicator. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, a great eye for color and materials, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a creative and experienced design team., Candidates should have:

• A background in interior design, home furnishings, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of color, materials, furniture, and design
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Proficiency with email, PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets, and basic floor-planning software

Professional interior design experience is strongly preferred.
