Requirements

Do you have an eye for design? Are you good at turning the ordinary into the extraordinary with your artistic flair? Can you put colors together that not only complement each other but look outstanding as well? Are you able to listen to design ideas and help bring those thoughts to life on paper? Do you have the patience and knowledge to lead a client down the path of design that accommodates their needs, wants and budget? Are you good at asking the right questions, listening to answers and offering ideas to make magic happen? If these things come easy to you, we need to talk!, * Interior or architectural design education and/or experience

  • Working experience or a knowledge of the construction industry
  • Creative juices that bring our clients inspiring ideas to life
  • Communication skills that create and nurture customer satisfaction
  • The ability to visualize details and structures in three dimensions
  • A knack for design that simplifies challenges to meet budget constraints
  • The artistic gene that creates masterpieces with texture and color
  • An analytical side that can foresee potential problems and make changes accordingly
  • The gift of communication to ensure ease of product installation with no errors
  • A high level of pride when a completing a project
  • A history of making clients happy

We prefer you have:

  • Experience with the following software: Softplan, 2020 Design, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Education and/or experience in the new home construction industry
  • A background in Interior Design or similar experience
