Job description

This position is ideal for a Network Engineer, Telecom Engineer, Network Administrator, Network Support Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience supporting enterprise network environments., * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network and telecommunications infrastructure

Support routers, switches, wireless networks, LAN/WAN, VLANs, and TCP/IP networks
Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, performance, and communication issues
Assist with network installations, upgrades, deployments, and equipment replacements
Configure and support network hardware and related infrastructure
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Monitor network performance, reliability, and availability
Support wired and wireless network connectivity
Document network configurations, incidents, changes, and troubleshooting activities
Collaborate with Network Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Telecom, and technical support teams
Follow established security, network, and change-management procedures
Provide on-site network support as needed

Requirements

Previous professional experience as a Network Engineer, Telecom Engineer, Network Administrator, Network Support Engineer, or similar networking professional
Hands-on experience with routers and switches
Strong knowledge of routing and switching
Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking
Experience troubleshooting enterprise network connectivity and performance issues
Knowledge of network infrastructure, network hardware, and telecommunications systems
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to document technical issues and communicate effectively with technical teams
Ability to work on-site at one of the listed locations
