Our tech teams keep us running 24/7 to make sure all our patients get world class service. To support that, this role may include participation in an out-of-hours rota as required by the business. We operate fair scheduling process as well as additional compensation for all on call periods.
Role purpose
Take ownership of delivering high-impact infrastructure projects and business-critical initiatives, shaping a forward-thinking roadmap that drives the continuous evolution of P2U infrastructure across all regions. Develop and deliver clear, results-focused plans for strategic programs, working collaboratively with Service Operations to ensure every initiative supports meaningful service improvement and strengthens operational excellence., * Design and plan the initiation of the projects, ensuring the scope is captured documented and communicated to the team members and key stakeholders;
- Design, plan, coordinate and lead the Technical Work Stream and assigned team to deliver according to success factors and set goals;
- Handle the day-to-day management of the project including executive reporting, risk & issue management, resourcing, critical issues, and engagement with internal and external partners;
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure communications are relevant and effective;
- Drive and support ongoing compliance to IT standards across delivered infrastructure services
Requirements
Do you have a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council Registration license?, Do you have experience in Leadership?, * Strong Leadership skills
- Experience in large scale infrastructure delivery; (involving mid-range servers, software and data migrations and Windows technology);
- Significant exposure to managing projects and previous experience delivering complex infrastructure projects;
- Technical background with the ability to talk in business terms
- Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
- Experience of working within company and ethical rules and regulations
- Experience in application support, ideally within an ITIL framework.
- Experience of agile development/delivery teams and technical delivery management.
- A background contributing to the delivery of infrastructure projects
