Manufacturing Process Technician - Packaging & HMI Operations

• Start-up: Review the plan, verify specs, and walk the line to ensure every step aligns with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Setup: Prepare and dial-in equipment for the production run so machines perform safely and efficiently.
• Execution: Operate and tend packaging systems while monitoring performance through the HMI (Sigmatek).
• Optimization: Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste, improve flow, and keep quality consistent.
• Problem-solving: Team up to troubleshoot, adjust, and get the line back to peak when issues arise.
• Close-out: Housekeeping and safety checks-leave the work area clean, organized, and ready for the next team.

• Background in manufacturing (preferred), with basic computer literacy for data input and machine interfaces.
• Hands-on familiarity with packaging machinery and HMI systems.
• A team-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
