Test lead

• Define and implement the automation strategy aligned with project and organizational goals.
• Estimate and establish automation efforts, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility testing.
• Oversee automated test creation, execution, and maintenance.
• Analyze automation results and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
• Work closely with development, DevOps, and business teams.
• Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive shift-left testing and continuous testing practices.
• Design and develop test cases and test scripts.
• Lead a team of automation engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Total 10+ years of experience in QA.
• Strong experience in automation tools such as Selenium.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Java.
• Experience with API testing tools like REST Assured and Postman.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with test frameworks including TestNG, JUnit, BDD, Cucumber, and Spec Flow.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of Playwright is preferred.
• Knowledge of test data management and environment setup.
• Experience in risk-based testing and defect lifecycle management., * Selenium.
