IT Business Analyst to support Refinery and Logistics Plant Maintenance and Engineering Organizations
Responsible for completing various independent improvement implementations to contribute to the Refinery Business Initiative (RBI) project
Lead the implementation and ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
Ensure initiatives are executed according to PBF policies and procedures, including Requirements, Design, and Build, Testing, Training, and Deploy and Sustain
Complete or manage configuration and development to implement the solution

Bachelor s degree in engineering, information technology, or related area or equivalent experience
5+ years business analyst or functional analyst experience in SAP Plant Maintenance Modules, including PM and MM.
Knowledge of other SAP integrated modules/partners, including Prometheus, PaSTA, PCMS, MM, WM, FI, CO, PS and BW
Minimum 4yrs. practical experience leading teams, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
Prior Maintenance or Engineering experience is a plus
Previous Mid or Downstream Oil and Gas or Chemical or Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
Understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance Configuration
