Job description
INTECON is seeking Senior Information Assurance Analysts to lead sustainment of the U.S. Space Force (USSF) Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Authority to Operate (ATO) and Information Assurance program at Mission Delta 6, Schriever SFB and Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs. Senior IA Analysts drive CSSP program policy, ESM compliance, and readiness evaluations under DoDM 8530.01 and DoDM 8140.03; own the annual USCYBERCOM Maintenance and Sustainment deliverable; and serve as the senior interface to DCDC (DoW Cyber Defense Command) on ATO sustainment for approximately 45 aligned space mission systems., * Lead maintenance of USSF CSSP program policies supporting alignment, authorities, designations, appointments, and workforce management under DoDM 8140.03, DODD 8140.01, and DODI 8140.02.
- Own continuous monitoring of CSSP Enterprise System Management (ESM) compliance through CSSP self-assessment events in accordance with DoDM 8530.01.
- Lead delivery of the annual USCYBERCOM Maintenance and Sustainment deliverable (A007) required under DoDM 8530.01, including updated lists of subscribers, alignment matrices, command communications service designators, cloud environment parameters, network architecture, and key SOPs and TTPs.
- Own delivery of Quarterly Program Reviews (Deliverable A006) drafted and distributed to CSSP subscribers within five working days following the end of each quarter.
- Lead cybersecurity posture and readiness evaluations across CSSP products, presentations, policies, and reports; assess policies, SOPs, and instructions for clarity, completeness, and compliance, holding evaluation errors to no greater than 5%.
- Lead review of system continuous monitoring products and data (vulnerability scans, scan analysis) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Drive facilitation of the CSSP subscriber outreach program, establishing frequent communications and feedback channels with aligned mission systems.
- Lead technology integration for CSSP mission systems and applications including IKE, Patriot Excalibur (PEX), and ELICSAR (Enterprise Logging Ingest & Cyber Situational Awareness Refinery) by coordinating demonstrations, implementation schedules, and CSSP requirements.
- Own drafting, coordination, and lifecycle management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between the USSF CSSP and each aligned mission system.
- Serve as a senior interface to DCDC (DoW Cyber Defense Command) on CSSP ESM assessments, ATO sustainment, and CSSP self-assessment events.
- Support drafting of CFC/Delta 6 vulnerability management orders for distribution to CSSP subscribers.
- Facilitate the CSSP Working Group in support of Alignment Decision Brief preparation; contribute senior IA input and deliver bi-weekly meeting minutes within two working days.
- Provide technical mentorship to Journeyman Information Assurance and Cyber Security Analysts, driving consistent quality and compliance across the CSSP contractor team.
- Interface with USSF, Mission Delta 6, Space Operations Command (SpOC), 16th Air Force, Combatant Commands, and Intelligence Community mission partners on IA and compliance matters.
- Maintain, update, and expand Standard Operating Procedures documenting disciplined, mature, and continuously improving CSSP sustainment and readiness processes.
Requirements
- Certification requirements in accordance with the DoD 8140 publication series (DODD 8140.01, DODI 8140.02, DODM 8140.03) applicable to the assigned cyber work role, held at the required level at the time of performance.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in DoD Information Assurance, CSSP program compliance, Risk Management Framework (RMF), or cybersecurity workforce management under DoDM 8140.03.
- Deep working knowledge of DoDM 8530.01 (Cybersecurity Activities Support to DoD Information Network Operations), the CSSP framework, Evaluator Scoring Metrics (ESM), and the CSSP Authority to Operate (ATO) sustainment process.
- Demonstrated experience leading development and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, SOPs, and compliance artifacts for a DoD-approved Cybersecurity Service Provider or comparable program.
- Demonstrated experience with eMASS or comparable DoD compliance and artifact management platforms, and with DISA STIGs, IAVM/CVE, and POA&M lifecycle management.
- Experience producing recurring cybersecurity metrics, scorecards, quarterly program reviews, and annual sustainment deliverables for senior DoD leadership.
- Experience interfacing with DCDC (DoW Cyber Defense Command), USCYBERCOM, 16th Air Force, or Combatant Command cyber staff.
- Experience operating in classified DoD network environments including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and SCI enclaves.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Information Systems, or a related technical field., * Prior senior IA/compliance leadership experience supporting the USSF CSSP, Mission Delta 6, Space Operations Command (SpOC), or a DoD-approved Cybersecurity Service Provider at the DISA, Army, Navy, or Air Force level.
- Prior leadership of annual USCYBERCOM Maintenance and Sustainment submissions or CSSP ESM assessments.
- Hands-on experience with ACAS, eMASS, Splunk, DISA Big Data Platform, or ELICSAR.
- Familiarity with the USSF CSSP Alignment Plan, AFCYBER TASKORD 23-0023, USSF CSSP CSWG Charter, and DCDC CSSP assessment processes.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a DoD IA/compliance team supporting a multi-year cybersecurity task order., * Do you have an active Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility (TS/SCI) clearance?

Compensation Disclaimer: The salary range listed reflects a broad span to account for variations in experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, and other job-related factors. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and alignment with both company guidelines and contractual rate restrictions established by the Government or customer.
