Data Lead

AMLR is seeking a Data Lead to own and lead all data activities for its group-wide Infor ERP implementation (Leapfrog) and to establish long-term master data governance across the business.

This is a critical role in transitioning our client from a fragmented, site-based data landscape to a structured, centrally governed data environment that supports consistent operations, reporting, and future analytics., * Lead data cleansing, standardisation, and readiness across all sites

• Own data mapping and migration into the Infor ERP model
• Coordinate data conversion cycles, testing, and go-live activities
• Define and implement group-wide master data and governance frameworks
• Act as the functional data lead between business and technical teams
• Ensure reporting continuity post go-live and readiness for future BI
• Provide ongoing group data leadership after ERP implementation

• Proven experience in data leadership, data management, or governance
• Strong background in data migration, ERP integration, and data quality
• Experience with large-scale ERP programs (Infor experience preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised, pragmatic, and delivery-focused
• Fluent in English
