Requirements

I’m working with a AI start-up (backed by tier-1 European VCs) building a decision platform for high-stakes environments - helping teams navigate uncertainty and make better calls, faster. What you’ll actually be doing: Building core product features across backend, frontend & workflow systems Turning fast-moving prototypes into reliable, reusable product surfaces Designing interfaces that make complex AI outputs feel clear & trustworthy Building the platform foundations - auth, permissions, APIs, observability Working directly with the founding team - fast decisions, no bureaucracy What we’re looking for: 5+ years building production software Strong full-stack chops (Python/FastAPI + React/TypeScript or equivalent) Solid SQL & data modelling instincts - comfortable in data-heavy B2B products Bonus: experience with agentic/LLM-powered products, tool use, evals, guardrails Bonus: API integrations (MCP, webhooks, OAuth) + cloud deployment (AWS)Direct AI/ML experience isn’t a hard requirement - strong product engineering judgment matters more.
