This is a 3-month project management role focused on the delivery of an AI Transcription (Preferably Beam/Magic Notes & Google tools) tool into Adult and Children’s Social Care services in Sutton. The position is integral to ensuring the successful implementation and integration of AI tools, enhancing service delivery within the local authority. The role demands expertise in managing technology projects, particularly those involving AI solutions, to drive efficiency and improve service outcomes. Responsibilities

Oversee the rollout of AI tools, specifically Beam/Magic Notes and Google tools, within social care services.

Collaborate with local authority teams to support and embed AI tools effectively.

Track project progress and provide regular reports to all stakeholders.

Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams.

Identify and address potential risks and issues promptly.

Conduct regular project meetings and updates for stakeholders.
Requirements

Experience with local authority projects, particularly in implementing AI tools.

Proven ability to support and integrate technology solutions within services.

Strong project management skills, including tracking and reporting progress.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with Beam/Magic Notes and Google tools is preferred.
