Junior Implementation Consultant

MCS Group is partnering with a growing software company to recruit a Junior Implementation Consultant to join its expanding delivery team. Our client develops enterprise software that helps large organisations improve complex, data-heavy business processes. Following continued growth, they are looking for someone earlier in their career who wants to develop their skills across software implementation, data and software delivery.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving and working with customers, with plenty of support and training as you develop.The RoleAs a Junior Implementation Consultant, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants to help customers successfully implement and adopt the company’s software.You’ll get involved across the implementation lifecycle, helping understand customer requirements, configure the platform, work with data, test solutions and support customers through training and go-live.You’ll take on responsibility early on

for your own customers and implementation projects.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting the delivery of software implementations for customersHelping gather and document customer requirementsConfiguring software and workflows around customer needsWorking with customer data, including mapping, checking and validating informationSupporting data migration and system configurationTesting solutions ahead of customer go-liveHelping run customer workshops and implementation sessionsSupporting customer training and product adoptionWorking alongside Product, Engineering and other internal teamsUsing tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Alteryx or Power AutomateTroubleshooting issues and helping customers resolve problemsLearning how to manage software implementations from discovery through to go-liveAbout YouYou don’t need to have years of implementation experience.
