Job description

  • Providing IT Support for Oracle ERP business application (End to End Business Application).
  • Supporting, designing, and building Power Platform solutions (Power BI, SharePoint, PowerApps, Flows, Automate).
  • Developing Oracle SQL queries to meet business needs.
  • Leading small/medium improvement projects (project management).
  • Conducting problem and data analysis as needed. Escalates complex issues for additional analysis and resolution as appropriate. Develops positive relationships with both the business and other functions involved in downstream technical processes.
  • Reviewing test plans and testing methodology to mitigate risks and participates in testing the solution to ensure the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements within the organization.
  • Leveraging AI tools for personal productivity and automations.

Requirements

  • Studying towards a Business, Information Technology or Computing degree.
  • Effective communication skills - developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Customer Focus - building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Action Orientated - taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
