9B Careers is working with an AJ100 architectural practice in London, looking for an experienced Job Running Architect to join their team.This is a key project delivery role for an Architect with strong job-running experience who can take ownership of projects, lead a team and work confidently with clients across all RIBA stages.The RoleLead and run projects through RIBA Stages 0-6Take ownership of project delivery with appropriate supportLead and coordinate project teams and external consultantsAct as a confident client-facing ArchitectProduce and coordinate detailed technical and tender informationManage BIM workflows and Revit modelsContribute to design development as well as technical deliveryUndertake Principal Designer duties where requiredWork across commercial projects, with hospitality experience also relevantAbout You5+ years’ post-qualification experienceProven job-running experience is essentialStrong commercial building experience preferredExcellent Revit skillsExperience across RIBA Stages 0-6Strong design, organisational and project management skillsConfident leading teams and dealing directly with clientsExperience undertaking Principal Designer dutiesLondon-based project experience essentialListed building experience would be advantageous£50,000-£55,000 depending on experience.This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect who enjoys taking responsibility for projects and wants to develop their career within a leading AJ100 studio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
