SAP S/4Hana Transformation Programme Manager

SAP S/4HANA Transformation Programme Manager required to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, providing strong PMO governance, programme planning and executive stakeholder management. The role will focus on ensuring effective programme governance, migration readiness, cutover planning and coordination across business stakeholders, vendors and system integrators., * Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programme management and PMO governance.

• Own programme planning, governance and executive reporting.
• Manage RAID across risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate Selective Data Migration (SDM/Bluefield) governance and migration readiness.
• Oversee data quality, reconciliation and migration governance.
• Lead cutover planning and go-live readiness activities.
• Manage steering committee and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Track programme budget, resources and financials.
• Coordinate vendors and system integrators across the programme.
• Provide strong leadership, communication and decision-making throughout the transformation.

• Strong SAP S/4HANA transformation programme management experience.
• Proven PMO governance, programme planning and executive reporting experience.
• Understanding of Selective Data Migration (SDM/Bluefield).
• Experience with RAID management and programme governance.
• Strong stakeholder and steering committee management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, resources and financial tracking.
• Strong cutover planning and go-live readiness experience.
• Experience with data quality, reconciliation and migration governance.
• Experience coordinating vendors and system integrators.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
