SAP S/4HANA Program Manager / Transformation Director

Lead complex SAP transformation, program recovery and executive governance. We are seeking a senior delivery leader who can face a CIO/CFO/COO, challenge an SI constructively, integrate multiple workstreams and determine whether a go-live plan is actually credible.

We are building a U.S.-based SAP transformation, recovery, data and AI practice focused initially on manufacturing and industrial organizations. Our model combines senior SAP expertise, rapid specialist deployment, HANA/data engineering and flexible project delivery. We are seeking experienced SAP professionals who can operate credibly with business and technology leaders and take ownership of outcomes, not simply complete assigned tasks.

What You Will Do

• Own integrated program governance, plans, RAID, scope and executive reporting.
• Coordinate functional, technical, data, testing, change, cutover and infrastructure workstreams.
• Lead steering committees and executive risk escalation.
• Assess troubled SAP programs and create executable recovery plans.
• Manage SI/client accountability, dependencies and commercial scope.
• Drive go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilization., * Work on transformation, assessment, rescue, stabilization and specialist-delivery engagements.

• Work with a practice designed around senior expertise, direct accountability and measurable client outcomes.
• Flexible engagement structures depending on the client, project and applicable requirements.

Important Engagement Notice

• 15+ years enterprise/SAP delivery experience with substantial S/4HANA leadership.
• Personally led major SAP programs or workstreams through go-live.
• Strong program financials, governance, testing, data and cutover knowledge.
• Executive-level communication and conflict management.
• Demonstrated recovery/problem-solving capability.
