Weâre looking for a detail-oriented and motivated colleague to join our Business Evolution team as a Master Data Administrator on a 12-month secondment.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to how critical business data flows across Calorâs systems and supports key operational processes. Youâll develop valuable experience working with master data, business systems, and cross-functional stakeholders while building your understanding of the controls and processes that keep our operations running effectively.

As a Master Data Administrator, youâll support the creation, maintenance, and governance of Non-Customer Master Data, ensuring information is accurate, compliant, and available when the business needs it., * Maintaining and updating master data across key business systems.
- Processing approved data creation, amendment, and deletion requests.
- Supporting data quality activities, including validations and data cleansing.
- Working with stakeholders across the business to resolve data issues and improve processes.
- Ensuring service levels, controls, and governance requirements are consistently met.
- Supporting change initiatives that impact master data and business systems.
- Identifying and escalating data quality risks and improvement opportunities.
You donât need extensive specialist systems knowledge to be successful in this role. Weâre interested in colleagues who are curious, organised, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A careful and methodical approach when working with data.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with business data or systems.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a wider team.
While not essential, the following would be advantageous:
- Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM).
- Experience using SAP ERP or similar business systems.
