Analytics Solutions: Maintain and enhance dashboards, reports, and data-driven applications Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze business data and identify opportunities for informed decision-making AI and Agentic AI : Support the evaluation, development, testing, and adoption of relevant AI-based solutions Data Quality: Perform data validation, testing, and monitoring activities to ensure reliable reporting Process Automation: Help optimize and automate recurring business and analytics processes Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document data sources, workflows, dashboards, and best practices to improve maintainability and knowledge sharing Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business

stakeholders and technical experts on analytics and digitalization initiatives Ownership and Professional Growth: Contribute to independent work packages while continuously learning about Data Analytics, AI, and emerging technologies Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Study field: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field Programming & data skills: You have a solid foundation in Python and SQL and enjoy working with data to solve real-world problems Analytics & visualization: You are familiar with data analytics concepts and ideally have initial experiences with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms AI mindset: You are enthusiastic about Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies, with a strong interest in exploring practical AI applications Way of working: You have a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving Documentation & quality: You appreciate the importance of documentation, data quality, and maintainable solutions in a professional environment Collaboration: You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and feel comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Technical curiosity: Familiarity with Git, Jupyter Notebooks, automation tools, or data pipelines is considered a plus Language skills : You have very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
