Required Skills & Experience Strong full-stack development experience (React/Node.js, .NET/C#, Python/FastAPI). Proven background delivering production software in client-facing environments. Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG or agentic AI development. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor). Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor others. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working autonomously and shaping ambiguity into structured delivery. Desirable Azure AI Engineer certification. Understanding of MCP, vector databases and AI evaluation/testing approaches. Experience mentoring or leading small development teams.
