FXHYP Financial Technology & Analytics Ltd is seeking an innovative and commercially minded Chief Technology Officer (FinTech) to lead the company’s technology vision, product innovation, digital infrastructure, and engineering strategy. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to drive the development of cutting-edge financial technology solutions, scalable platforms, and data-driven products that support business growth and customer success.
We are looking for a strategic technology leader who can combine technical excellence with business insight to deliver transformative solutions in a fast-paced and evolving financial technology environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute the organization’s technology strategy and innovation roadmap
- Lead software engineering, platform development, data analytics, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives
- Drive the design and delivery of scalable FinTech products, digital platforms, and technology solutions
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives
- Oversee technology architecture, system reliability, performance, and security standards
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to strengthen competitive advantage
- Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships
- Establish performance metrics and technology governance frameworks
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing technology and engineering teams
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software development?, * Experience in technology leadership, software engineering, financial technology, digital platforms, or enterprise technology environments
- Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation
- Experience leading large-scale technology projects and high-performing technical teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Commercial awareness and ability to align technology strategy with business growth
- Experience managing complex technology operations and innovation initiatives
- Relevant technical qualifications, certifications, or equivalent leadership experience are advantageous but not essential
