Oracle Project Manager

• Lead and manage Oracle projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Oracle technical teams, functional consultants, developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project governance, status reporting, RAID logs, and project documentation.
• Track project progress against agreed timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage communication between technical teams, business users, vendors, and third-party suppliers.
• Support change management and ensure appropriate impact assessment and approvals.
• Ensure projects follow agreed delivery methodologies, processes, and governance standards.
• Manage multiple workstreams where required and ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, time, and budget.
• Support testing, deployment, transition, and post-go-live activities.

• Proven experience as an Oracle Project Manager / Oracle Programme Manager / IT Project Manager.
• Strong experience managing Oracle-based projects or implementations.
• Good understanding of Oracle applications, platforms, or technologies.
• Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, governance, risk, issue, and dependency management skills.
• Experience managing vendors, third-party suppliers, and distributed teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

Desirable Experience

• Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, Finance, or other Oracle modules.
• Oracle implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation project experience.
• Experience with cloud transformation or large-scale enterprise technology programmes.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
