Be part of a team where passion meets purpose, as we work together where the challenge is greatest, to change to lives and build the futures of children and young people.

Join a growing, forward-thinking IT team

Are you an enthusiastic IT professional with a passion for helping people and a knack for problem-solving? We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused IT Technician to support our staff and students across multiple academy sites in West London.

This hands-on role is primarily based at Ormiston Latimer Academy, but flexibility to travel between our London academies is essential.

As an IT Technician, you’ll be a key part of our on-site technical support team delivering high-quality first-line and some second-line support, while also getting involved in exciting developments as part of our cloud-first transformation programme.

You will play a vital role in:

  • Providing responsive, approachable support to staff and students
  • Building strong, trusted relationships across each academy
  • Supporting the delivery and management of cloud-first initiatives
  • Offering technical guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Working with senior staff to ensure technology empowers teaching, learning, and the wider school community

Requirements

  • Experienced in providing IT support in a workplace environment.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, mobiles).
  • Confident using Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
  • Able to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
