Job description

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for database operations and rollouts
Build and integrate APIs for database management operations and automation workflows
Troubleshoot automation issues across scripts, APIs, and containerized environments
Containerize and deploy applications and services using Docker and Kubernetes
Administer Kubernetes resources, including Pods, Ingress, Services, Secrets, and CRDs

Requirements

Hands-on experience developing APIs with Python and FastAPI
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Exposure to observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
Knowledge of enterprise tools such as Control-M, TrueSight, Guardium, Tenable Nessus, or Delinea
Knowledge of security and software development in highly regulated environments
End-to-end knowledge of building, packaging, testing, and deploying CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Agile practices and tools such as JIRA
Exposure to managing secrets with HashiCorp Vault
Experience with PostgreSQL or PostgreSQL database administration, or MongoDB or MongoDB Atlas
