About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Security Software Project Manager to lead the deployment of cutting-edge Security Systems for complex, large-scale projects. Our portfolio includes production facilities for banknotes, coins, security documents, passports and as well Cash Center. You will oversee the Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) platform, integrating video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection into a unified command-and-control interface.Tasks and Responsibilities:Lead all phases of PSIM platform projects - from engineering and manufacturing through shipping, installation, integration, commissioning, and go-live-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standardsCoordinate with system component suppliers to define and clarify functional, technical, and commercial requirementsBreak down projects into work packages, prioritize tasks, and assign responsibilities based on urgency and project needsDevelop and manage

implementation and commissioning strategies, including on-site team coordinationPresent project outcomes and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholdersYour Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldPMP or equivalent project management certification preferredMinimum 5 years’ experience managing security software projects, including requirement clarification, solution engineering, and go-live phasesProven track record leading international teams in the security industryProficiency with project management tools and softwareStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsFrench and English language skills are mandatoryProficiency in project management tools and softwareStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities$$ Wir sind ein Unternehmen mit chancengerechter Unternehmenskultur!
