Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Applied AI and Python, with solid software engineering fundamentals
Practical experience across the ML/AI product lifecycle, from data and modelling to deployment and monitoring
Solid understanding of modern AI engineering principles and design patterns, including LLMs and agentic AI
Pragmatic judgment in choosing the right technical approach for each business problem
A strong sense of ownership and clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues
