Job description

Day-to-Day: * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions * Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy and prioritized backlogs * Support release management and change execution activities * Establish Agile best practices for newly formed teams * Monitor delivery performance through Agile metrics and dashboards * Identify and remove team impediments * Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and governance requirements * Provide delivery status updates to leadership and stakeholders * Maintain transparency through Jira reporting and Agile tooling * Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and servant leadership * Support Program Increment (PI) Planning and Agile Release Train activities * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery predictability and team effectiveness, Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master for a leading enterprise client. This individual will serve as a key Agile leader responsible for facilitating delivery across one or more Agile teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Agile Coaches, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of Agile practices, remove delivery impediments, and maintain alignment with organizational objectives. This role is ideal for a hands-on Agile practitioner who enjoys coaching teams, improving delivery predictability, leveraging Jira and Agile metrics to drive performance, and supporting large-scale Agile transformations within a SAFe environment. The position offers the opportunity to work with modern delivery practices, AI initiatives, and enterprise-level Agile programs while helping teams achieve measurable business outcomes. The Scrum Master will support two teams: a newly formed, high-visibility LangSmith rollout team operating on an accelerated timeline, and an established team focused on developing and maintaining an internal application, including a homegrown model repository. This role will be in Charlotte, NC and requirement is 3 days onsite.

Requirements

Must-Haves: * 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, or similar Agile delivery role * Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban * Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, backlog refinement) * Experience working within SAFe or enterprise-scale Agile environments * Strong Jira experience for backlog management, dashboards, reporting, and metrics * Experience utilizing Agile flow metrics including: o Cycle Time o Throughput o Work in Progress (WIP) o Predictability o Delivery Trends * Experience managing risks, dependencies, impediments, and cross-team coordination * Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills * Experience creating executive-level reporting using PowerPoint and Excel * Servant leadership mindset with a focus on coaching and continuous improvement * At least 1 year of experience supporting AI-related initiatives, preferably with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools Plusses: * Financial experience (highly preferred) * Experience building and maturing newly formed Agile teams * Experience with SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or other scaled Agile frameworks * Jira Align experience * Experience in regulated environments with governance, risk, compliance, or change management requirements * Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines * Knowledge of quality engineering and modern software delivery practices * Ability to connect Agile delivery outcomes to business objectives and operational metrics * Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority * Experience supporting Agile Release Train (ART) planning and execution * Experience deploying AI into an environment
