• Telco BSS knowledge,
• Business Analysts with BSSe knowledge
• Experience in Amdocs BSSe product, design,
• Development, testing, troubleshooting, and integration with billing systems.
• 5 10+ years of experience in the Telecom client environment.
• Proven experience developing solutions in applications for Telecom Data products (e.g. dedicated internet) and Telecom Voice products (e.g. BVoIP, ABV, etc).
• Strong understanding of OSS and BSS Systems and opportunity-to-invoice processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across domains.
• Exceptional communication skills for working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cross-domain solution integration in complex enterprise environments.
• Background in customer feature documentation and requirements management.
