- Experience leading testing within financial services or another regulated environment
- Strong test planning, defect management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience testing complex technology and business transformation
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data validation and non-functional testing
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr or TestRail
- Understanding of Agile/DevOps, automation, CI/CD and cloud technologies
- ISTQB Foundation (or equivalent)
