Tech Lead - Node.js / TypeScript / DynamoDB

We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to serve as the technical authority for strategic initiatives. The Tech Lead will define architecture, service/API contracts, technical roadmaps, and provide engineering leadership while remaining actively involved in development., * Act as the technical authority and lead developer for strategic initiatives.

• Design resilient, scalable, cloud-native architectures.
• Define technical roadmaps and service/API contracts.
• Build backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Maintain a 60-70% hands-on backend development focus.
• Support frontend development using React and TypeScript.
• Review code and enforce engineering best practices.
• Identify technical dependencies, risks, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, resiliency, and maintainability standards.
• Collaborate with product teams, stakeholders, and partner engineering teams.
• Break down ambiguous requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Promote a Security First approach across development.

This position is approximately 60-70% backend-focused, primarily using Node.js and TypeScript, with approximately 30-40% frontend work using React and TypeScript.
