Data Scientists

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and actionable insights.
2. Apply statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and experimentation approaches to solve business and product-related problems.
3. Design and interpret A/B tests, evaluate results, and communicate findings through clear visualizations, dashboards, and presentations.
4. Partner with business and project teams to understand analytical needs, break down complex problems, and deliver relevant data-driven solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

6-9 years of experience in Data Science, business-facing product analytics, statistical analysis, experimentation, and machine learning.

Technical Skills

SQL, Python, statistical analysis, machine learning, data analysis, A/B testing, experimentation, large-scale data processing, data visualization, dashboards, Spark, Tableau or similar BI tools, AI/LLM applications.

Business / Domain Skills

1. Business-facing product analytics and decision-making.
2. Financial products and business data environments.
3. Product performance, customer behavior, and engagement analysis.
4. Experimentation and measurement of business outcomes.
5. Data-driven product strategy and business optimization.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience working with large and complex datasets.

1. Experience applying AI and LLM capabilities to business problems.
