Job description

We are seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer / Architect to join our Salesforce Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and contributing to application development initiatives on the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

As this is a highly client-facing role, the candidate must have excellent communication, collaboration, and consensus-building skills and be comfortable working directly with both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-driven professional who takes ownership of assigned tasks and ensures they are completed successfully. The candidate should also be a strong team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Management, or a related STEM field.

\n

  • Understanding of and/or experience with Agile Methodology.

\n

  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience as a Mid-Level Developer within an Enterprise-level Salesforce Program.

\n

  • Understanding of Agile methodology and proven experience working in an Agile environment.

\n

  • Experience developing Web Services, including JSON and XML, between Salesforce organizations and third-party applications.

\n

  • Strong knowledge of Apex, including classes and triggers, as well as Lightning Components/LWC, Aura, and Visualforce, to extend Salesforce and support business requirements.

\n

  • Experience with solutioning and developing Custom Objects, Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Email Alerts, and communication templates.

\n

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SFDX, Salesforce CLI, and Visual Studio Code.

\n

  • Certified Salesforce System Administrator.

\n

  • Certified Salesforce Advanced System Administrator.

\n

  • Certified Salesforce Developer, including Platform Developer I and/or II.

\n

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

\n

  • Proficient knowledge of version control systems, including Git and Bitbucket.

\n

  • Experience using JIRA or Agile Accelerator.

  • Support application solutions by collaborating closely with the Development Team.

\n

  • Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” requests.

  • Design and develop API integrations between Salesforce and external business systems.

\n

  • Assess project risks and provide appropriate mitigation strategies while clearly communicating impacts across multiple channels.
