job summary: Seeking a Jira Scrum Engineer for a high growth Defense and Space Engineering client in the Cypress, CA area.

The Jira Administrator would be responsible for developing, maintaining and creating metrics for multiple Jira Scrum Boards. Develop embedded space-based software. Develop test software in Visual Studio and other tools.

responsibilities:

  • Jira Scrum Administrator: Develop, Maintain and Create Metrics for multiple Jira Scrum Boards.

  • Develop embedded space-based software.

  • Develop test software in VisualStudio and other tools.

  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing and test reporting.

  • Update software development documents.

  • Create Software Test Procedures.

qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years industry experience.

  • Demonstrated Agile and Jira Expertise. Certified Scrum Master preferred.

  • Prior experience in embedded software development, test and reporting.

  • Prior experience in a rigorous software development environment such as CMMI Level 3.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Tools.
