IT Helpdesk Technician

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
• Support Microsoft and Apple devices across the organization
• Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory
• Assist with device deployments, upgrades, and system maintenance
• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures within the ticketing system
• Deliver excellent customer service while resolving technical issues in a timely manner

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 1 to 3 years of experience providing desktop, help desk, or technical support in an enterprise environment

Experience troubleshooting and supporting:

• Windows operating systems
• Microsoft Office applications
• Active Directory administration
• Remote support tools and remote management platforms
• VPN and wireless connectivity
• Apple devices and operating systems (iOS, iPadOS, macOS)
• Web-based applications
• TCP/IP networking fundamentals
• Endpoint security applications and tools
• Experience using ticketing/help desk systems and knowledge bases
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
