Data Engineer in Palantir Foundry

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer specializing in Palantir Foundry to support enterprise data transformation initiatives. The role involves developing scalable data pipelines, managing ontology objects, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver actionable data solutions. Key Responsibilities Data Pipeline Development Design, implement, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines in Palantir Foundry. Integrate structured, unstructured, streaming, and IoT data sources. Optimize performance and ensure scalability. Ontology & Data Modeling Create and manage ontology objects to represent real?world concepts. Build reusable datasets aligned with enterprise standards. Application & Solution Development Develop workflows and user?facing applications using Palantir Workshop/Slate. Configure Foundry’s core capabilities for business solutions. Governance & Quality Implement validation checks, lineage, and compliance processes. Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to security standards. Collaboration Work closely with data architects, scientists, analysts, and product owners. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior engineers.

Experience: 5+ years in data engineering; 2 3+ years with Palantir Foundry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark; knowledge of APIs and distributed frameworks (Spark, Flink). Hands?on with Palantir tools (Pipeline Builder, Code Workbook, Contour, Quiver). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Soft Skills: Strong problem?solving, communication, and ability to work across technical and business domains. Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
