Epic Grand Central/Prelude Analyst

• Under the direction of an Application Manager, the Application Analyst performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications.
• They design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line.
• The Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application.
• The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.
• Analyst will be focused on Charge RTE and Prelude build related to implementing new requests, optimization of current workflows, and input as needed for integration projects across the health system.
• Scope of work will include tickets, projects, go-live support, upgrade support, and on-call rotation every 7 weeks. Additional work as needed., Applicants, with criminal histories, are considered in a manner that is consistent with local, state and federal laws

• Grand Central and Prelude Certifications (RTE certification is a plus)
• Minimum 4 years experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude analyst
