• Principal Duties and Essential Functions:\n
• . Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents highly complex Hogan ODS programs. Develops complex test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs\n
• . Designs systems and programs to meet highly complex business needs. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation\n
• Gathers information from existing systems, analyzes program and time requirements. Assists project manager in preparing time estimates and justification for assigned tasks.\n
• Supports project personnel in resolving fairly complex program problems. Works with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility. Provides technical advice on complex programming\n
• Quickly transition into and adapt to a client environment\n
• Estimate and scoping of work for a project\n

• Substantial knowledge of all aspects of Hogan ODS (Online Delivery System)\n
• Experience should also include extensive knowledge of Hogan's process dictionary components and PCD's\n
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience\n
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or related field preferred\n
• Ten or more years of Hogan ODS programming or testing experience.\n
• Banking industry knowledge (plus)\n
• Experience working with relational databases to facilitate programming software\n
• Minimum 6 years experience with IBM mainframe and environment, COBOL, IBM's Job Control Language, programming, DB2 and Assembler (a plus)\n
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs\n
• . Strong interpersonal skills with which to interact with customers and teammates\n
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision\n
