  • Design, build, and test GC workflows, including patient registration, bed management, census, and transfer/discharge processes \n

  • Partner with registration, bed management, and nursing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic build \n

  • Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle \n

  • Provide go-live and at-the-elbow support, troubleshooting patient movement and registration workflow issues in real time \n

  • Maintain build documentation and adhere to client change control processes
